United offers international ocean transportation as well as coastwise ocean transportation services between deep water ports in the United States.

We specialize in ocean transportation of dry bulk and we do it well. With operations from our Tampa, Florida (USA) headquarters, United has the experience, expertise and equipment necessary to expedite dry bulk cargoes worldwide. We operate a fleet of owned and chartered vessels transporting a wide range of bulk commodities. The majority of our fleet are handysize although we are increasing our presence in the handymax and panamax markets.

United owns the largest fleet of U.S. flag dry bulk vessels with coastwise endorsements. This means United is in the unique position to offer ocean transportation between every deep water port in the United States as well as ports worldwide.

Because our ocean services group is a part of a larger transportation and material handling company, we can offer our customers an "integrated package" including the movement of dry bulk product between an inland river dock and virtually any port in the world.
